Ok, this is speculation ONLY and asking for comments.

Based on the information I found the other night with regard to Bermeister and Altnet giving Kazaa to Atrinsic and Atrinsic being listed on Asia Pacific Capital's website as having been appointed a US investment bank for equity raising.

Spyder countdown taken down a few weeks back

Now, knowing what we know with Baker and Morris being gone and what Hector just posted with regard to Bing Social search

What if Spyder WAS the key the entire time??? What if it needed Kazaa technology to do what it does? What if it's the next Skype and Dyne just sold it to Microsoft for Bing to use in this venture? And what if the reason they had to raise equity was because they only had 13 million shares remaining and knowing that the hard headed shareholders aren't selling decided to raise private equity in order to get the right investors involved to complete this deal at a fair price!!! The right investors being of course Europlay!!!

Just thoughts...appreciate constructive feedback.
