What if Atrinsic, after finding a use for Kazaa besides music decided to sell the Agency business and change directions as a technology innovator...Even if the agency business deal fell through it isn't that big a deal to me because the real money here is the technology...IMO

Why would Atrinsic need to be appointed a US investment bank for equity raising????
