probably a good way to end all the speculation is if we had someone who worked in the state department and could check his passpoort. If they went to OZ then we're golden.. Aside from that I don't have anything.. I do have friends that work border services here and just got off the phone with them. The systems are not connected and I can only say he is not up here..

My gut says that Dyne could simply write a check but that is just showing me up as an amateur. I am sure that he didn't got rich by using his own money.

You left out the part about BD being on that same list as ATRN hiring a strategic consultant. Also interesting that they showed up together.

Dyne is Europlay. For what its worth, his secretary has never heard of Atrinsic. He is evidently a lot better at keeping secrets than Fong.

My dad was an executive sales rep for PPG Industries. One of his major accounts was New Holland. He worked for company for almost 50 years. He called me a little while ago and asked how my stock was doing. As soon as I said they may have brought an equity firm into play, he immediately said, "buy more of that stock tomorrow cause you are about.to make.some money." He said he saw it all the time because he had so many accounts he dealt with... For what it is worth...
