Now that is what I call a clear message. Much better than the 8 k, like one human talking to another human. It is clear, carries thought, understanding and feelings.

If settlement talks have been ongoing, it would appear that they have failed. Looks like no 3g, still a huge $ win will compensate and send a very clear message to the market.

The downside is i am back on IDCC watch.
