A friend of mine spoke to Janet today. Here's what she had to say:

As soon as the ICC releases the results, IDCC will issue a press release. They will look at the results and post a press release within, say 60 minutes. If IDCC gets the results in the middle of the trading day, they will ask NASDAQ to halt the stock and then release the results.

Janet also mentioned that there is an investor confrence in Florida that she was going to go to, but the company wanted to stay behind in KOP in case the ICC released the results.
