Appreciate the information, but it could effect us in a couple of ways. First, since this company is one of the largest clearing houses, it could effect whether brokers allow you to trade the stock. This is probably the cause of the Zecco trading problem.
A stock I own has just announced a large RS citing this clearing house rule. Now, they could be lying, but they still had several hundred million shares they could have used to dilute if needed, so I tend to believe the company's reason for the RS. (Still not happy about it). Anyway, I brought this up as a point of discussion and not to cause problems. I had not heard of this before today.
