Called penson and my broker over a month ago about this old article. IT WILL NOT AFFECT GRDO. Couple of things I got out of the phone calls

* - Penson will not give any information about this unless you are a broker. They WILL NOT talk to individual investors about it. Went back and forth for 15 minutes with them on the phone, they would not budge.

* - My broker said this WILL NOT affect electronic trading, it only affects paper trades.

Trust me, no big deal, load on GRDO, good things are coming IMO.
