Otterman if Firefly is not using PWTC's technology, whether by knowingly stealing the patent ideas or discovering the ideas independently, I would be very surprise. There couldn't be more than a few ways to put much less lead in battery plates to make them lighter, stronger, more durable, safer and environmentally friendlier. I am not saying there aren't several distinguishable patent ways to do it, but it's worth PWTC's investigating it. This is interesting! If it is the same technology as PWTC's, and PWTC's patent has priority and being infringed upon as would probably be the case, then I would not want PWTC to have Firefly not make the batteries, but to cut PWTC in on it. Firefly seems to have all the OEMs and deals lining up. Go with them. IF royalties are on average 7%, then split it with Firefly, since they have the OEMs and business end all sealed and delivered, it looks like.
