Credo, what is the average Royalty on license agreements with OEMs? And if Firefly is using and infringing PWTC's lead battery patent technology, should PWTC just have Firefly cut them in on the apparent OEMs and clients they are lining up. And at what shared royalty ratio? Just as a thought game at least, whether this is the case or not.
Smashing good idea joining forces with Firefly, PTI can use all the alliances they can get. I cant help but wonder though with Mr Walter being a patent attorney and all that, he just might not be able to help himself in going after Firefly legally. All in the best interests of the shareholders of course. That sound you hear is the bubble deflating, once again. Lets not give him any ideas.
