Sheff Positions week of 6/27/11: They are diverse biotechs all with solid potential for movement higher. Always take profits on the way up before and/or after a significant catalyst. Forward-looking catalyst plays w/ good upward appreciation before & into their specific events. Be nimble & trade wisely.

ALXA: $1.61 currently. Have a $1.62 avg. July NDA resubmission & other events that make this a catalyst mover on several fronts.

TSPT: $10.39 currently. 9.73 avg PDUFA date of 7/14 for middle of night awakening drug. Company has a previous CRL for this drug. Still doing analysis on it as to whether its a hold through PDUFA.

PATH: $7.23 currently. 7.54 avg Company has a PDUFA date of 8/29. Still 2 months away but it should move higher into PDUFA.

IGXT: $.79 currently. This is a 4th qrtr play. Have a $.64 avg. Company has cash from a recent financing & a PDUFA date of 11/13.

TLON: $.97 currently. Have an avg of .59. (still have 1/4 of my original shares). Expecting NDA filing by end of Q2 per company e-mails. (June 2011)

SNGX: $.25 is a 4th qrtr play as stated in my post today. Like my .23 position here. One of the best OTCBB plays out there. No-debt; gov't backing; & solid partnerships. Trial completion of Phase III confirmatory study is expected in late 4th qrtr for Orbec.

3rd qrtr catalysts On my watch list...DVAX (July 2011 catalyst) ; REGN (PDUFA of 8/20); SGEN (PDUFA of 8/30) ; ANX (PDUFA of 9/1)
