SGEN, I believe they have a FDA advisory panel on July 14 with a PDUFA date of Aug 30th, has anyone been following this company and have any thoughts? Wondering if the pps already has a positive panel "baked in"? Not sure if there is more upside here or not given the nice move over the last couple of months, debating weather to take a position before July 14th but looking for other thoughts.

Sheff Positions on 8/4/11: They are biotech/pharmas all with solid potential for movement higher. Down 10-20% on a few of these and break even on a few. Not pleased with the market or my performance in it the past few weeks. Has been tough to cut bait with some of my losers. Remember to always take profits on the way up before and/or after a significant catalyst. Forward-looking catalyst plays w/ good upward appreciation before & into their specific events. Be nimble & trade wisely.

SNGX: $.295 currently. Have a .26 avg after two buy ins. Awaiting completion of Phase III enrollment sheduled for Q4. One of the best OTCBB plays out there. No-debt; gov't backing; & solid partnerships. Trial completion of Phase III confirmatory study is expected in late 4th qrtr for Orbec.

CLSN: $3.40 currently. Have a $3.49 avg.

CYCC $1.05 currently. Have a $1.20 avg. Initial swing play that has come down recently from $1.20 financing.

ANDS $.99 currently. Have a $1.00 avg. Company is awaiting results for Q3 and Q4 for their ANA598 antiviral. We are awaiting their antiviral response data at 12 wks (Q3) & 24wks (Q4).

IGXT: $.76 currently. This is a 4th qrtr play. Have a $.64 avg. Company has cash from a recent financing & a PDUFA date of 11/13.

AMRN: $12.57 currently. Bought starter position at $13.25. Expecting NDA filing by end of Q3 per company e-mails. (June 2011)

3rd qrtr catalysts On my watch list...REGN (PDUFA of 8/20); SGEN (PDUFA of 8/30) ; ANX (PDUFA of 9/1)
