bec there is a bunch of things that I am not getting from what she is saying.....essentially since the GSA was approved, it follows that bec of THAT, the commons are in dire straits. so all of this about the IT is really not important bec of the GSA being approved.

when the POR gets approved,(and that is one of the things that I am not getting, why would it be approved?) THAT will make equity toast.
