Remember EC has the questions answered (or dodged) in Depo's. Depo's are part fof most cases, so the sides can get their info straigth from the horse's mouth and figure out if settling to stop full disclosure to court is worth it.

These Hedgies are crazy to go this far, once EC has the info they can publicly file and then there is no way out for the Hedgies, I am positive their counsel told their arrogant arses not to do this. If one goes, they all go together. However, delaying objections on POR until after depo's should be in the cards, but Rosen does not want to ask for a delay. Then why would EC agree to postpone the other 3 till after the hearing?

SG publicly states they like to wait until depositions where "the element of surprise can cripple their opponent!"

This is getting very interesting in the least bit. Just gonna lay back, pop my popcorn, grab a Bud Lime Light and relax and watch the fireworks with my arm around my lovely wife while she lays on my chest..
