Mj..I may be just ignorant to the facts but wouldn't the "knowledgable investor" see this as the entry level if they haven't entered as of yet????? This law, from what I understand (and Im no one in the bigger kettle of fish) is apparently huge. How can all of us know this to be significant both for PTQ and PDI and no one else take an interest in it right now? Are they waiting for it to pass before they enter just to make sure its guaranteed???? I just dont get it.
