I note little movement on yesterdays news from Panama. Just means no one has a clue about the significance of the new mining code vs. PDI prospects. Five billion dollars of direct foreign investment will be spent in the immediate area of PTQ over the next four years. That is more than the cost of the canal expansion. That is one thousand million dollars a year right on top of us in development where we have proven expertise and political connections. If we get just 10% in contracts that is $100,000,000.00/Yr..
