I can't help but think that those that think the passing of this law is such a big thing, possibly have business interests in Panama outside of PTQ that might benefit from this development. But that's my suspicious side.

I don't get it either. I do know that the large players with say over one million shares are already well invested. DD results are well known to those close to the project. The retail market, since this is a 'penny' stock and not on a big exchange, is just ignored by many investors. Also, I believe that a lot of funds/houses etc. have restrictions on how they invest client dollars. Once we get listed and above $5.00/share, I think we will be in good shape.

Many people do not look any closer than the bottom line; we have been here for five years and never shown a profit. IMO to do well with a LT investment you have to dig really deep into your DD and get there before the masses. Once PTQ/PDI shows some strong earnings with the audited annual books it will be too late to really do well in the stock. This company absolutely begs for LT dollar averaging. Shares bought last summer will soon be up 400% in less than six months!
