Post# of 823
some sunday *short* reading for those with interest .. caveat .. post is long and detailed :)

i've publicly acknowledged that i am a sor of record in
certain co.s (due to *baggage* i'm very aware of where
i post info and unless a co.s pps is above the *danger*
zone ~ odds are i won't be posting on said smb) but i want
to show something rather interesting on some of those stocks
i've disclosed and why i so believe on some specific co.s
that what is *shown* isn't *reality* (needless to say it's
what i've been posting about for years .. that OTC co.s' are
the least watched and most manipulated)

what is telling tho' is the steps i've posted to show the
patterns in play (i've publicly done this on 3 co.s so far
EXPH/NENE/HHWW)

as a sor (shareholder of record) in the following co.s
which i'll show *patterns* in play that *transfer* across
all exchanges ~ and why *imo* there is no *gray*
with what passes for normal on the OTC (fyi both zagg
and dcth are naz stocks .. but what i'm showing is that
the *patterns* are the same regardless of where traded)

re: stocks on the OTC ~ what is revealed to me is that
data is MIA on *some* of them and there is only one way
that is *consistently* happening ~ either those MGMTs'
are complete and utter liars or the *system* that *records*
this data ~ has long since been utterly compromised

there is literally no in between here

EXPH
/JBII/NENE/HHWW/ZAGG/QPSA/DCTH (done via pps)
(again remember both zagg and dcth are naz stocks)

notice the pps *ranges* from essentially the *cellar*
to above 11.00 bucks (btw for those who may not be familiar
with me .. i'm *known* for my patience .. dcth was 7 years)

---
ok let's start with

EXPH ~

latest *shown* short info ~

Short Sales/Date Short Int % Change Avg. Daily Vol DTC

Nov 30, 2010 2,064 100.00 26,679,452 1.00
Sept 30, 2010 0 -100.00 32,297,169 0.00

now the oddities in exph are basic .. ftds' were a *regularity*
on the stock until the end of july 2009 when they just *literally*
disappeared .. since then over 7B shares have traded without one
ftd *recorded* .. calls into the sec/finra result in telephone
tag or different answers given by different *levels* of employees
to different exph sor

even more interesting .. is that on 11/29/10 .. EXPH had YTD
record setting volume done in under 10 minutes .. one MM was
*responsible* for that volume .. even more *disturbing* was
that while it was reported that the co.s AS had been increased
the actual issuance of exph shares didn't come to pass until
12/08/10 (ta is not gagged) ... since then EXPH has had another
*YTD* record set re: volume traded .. that was just this past
friday :)

EXPH 11/29/2010

EXPH 12/10/2010

now having shown the patterns via finra's reg sho info
(remember it's not so much what is shown *daily* as what
pattern shows over days/weeks/months .. exph has the highest
*consistent* pattern of all the stocks i'm invested in
regardless of where traded .. it's now moved to the 90
percent range

notice the info i've posted on this ~ notice the dates
specific *around* 11/30 and 11/15

EXPH reg sho 11/2010

ok moving on next on my list is JBII .. i have yet to post
that data (but i plan to b4 eoy) just want to show the
*circular* trading *imo* shown by the *increase* in the short
info just revealed for 11/30/2010

Short Sales/Date Short Int % Change Avg. Daily Vol DTC

Nov 30, 2010 19,627 78.93 70,889 1.00

no. 3 on my list ~ NENE

another co. i've posted extensively about

NENE reg sho

now check out the latest short info (remember of all of
these co.s i'm posting about .. nene is in a rather unique
position of being on reg sho threshold *consistently* since
11/4/2010 .. imo proving just how utterly *useless* system truly is
<criminal actually but i digress>

Short Sales/Date Short Int % Change Avg. Daily Vol DTC

Nov 30, 2010 592,026 31.57 696,045 1.00

no. 4 on my list ~ HHWW

3rd co. i've posted extensively about and literally
the easiest for all to follow *progress* on .. since
hhww just started trading in early november 2010 :)

HHWW reg sho

11/23/10 1.44 1.51 1.40 1.49 3,879,108 61.2%
11/22/10 1.35 1.41 1.32 1.41 1,362,471 30.9%

===

no. 5 on my list ~ ZAGG

remember zagg is a naz based co. but notice *similarities*

Short Sales/Date Short Int % Change Avg. Daily Vol DTC

Nov 30, 2010 3,500,318 693,874 5.044602
Nov 15, 2010 2,316,938 3.69 1,297,516 1.79
Oct 29, 2010 2,233,475 111.93 1,639,013 1.36

Sep 30, 2010 954,686 -1.62 515,392 1.85

SOURCE

then check out pps *status* since 9/30/2010 via
quotemedia

zagg's pps has *almost* doubled since sept 30th :)

===

pps since sept's info
quote media

and lastly but not *least* no. 7 ~ DCTH

like zagg .. dcth is a naz based stock

but again the patterns are unmistakable imo

Short Sales/Date Short Int % Change Avg. Daily Vol DTC

11/30/2010 8,295,373 761,774 10.889546
11/15/2010 8,137,907 1,446,719 5.625078

quote media historical

===========================

remember this data i'm showing covers data as of 11/30/2010

so when you read posts that finra's daily reg sho *data*
doesn't matter .. now you know *differently*

anyone can take this info and apply it to any stock on any
exchange and learn the patterns in play

the real issue becomes *trust* in ones' DD coupled with
understanding what it is they are *SEEING* played out daily
on l2 *imo*

and realize these patterns don't distinguish between *LEGIT*
or *COUNTERFEIT* .. let alone mgmts' who would short and distort
as well as pump and dump because the *BASIC CAVEAT* of all
is that *ENTITIES* are making $$$$$ both on the RUNS UP and
the SHORTING BACK DOWN on each and every stock profiled *imo*

but imo their BS has been BUSTED .. again i can only speak for
those co.s i've personally utilized this pattern for and done
the DD on

this is where ones' DD will *offset* FUD/manipulation and
circular trading/wash trading/swaps via a few accts
(and all the other crap that passes for normal)

Circular Trading

What Does Circular Trading Mean?

A fraudulent trading scheme where sell orders are entered by a broker who knows that offsetting buy orders, the same number of shares at the same time and at the same price, either have been or will be entered.

Investopedia explains Circular Trading

These trades do not represent a real change in the beneficial ownership of the security.

best of luck to all *retail* who play by the rules
even tho' it's remarkably clear that entities including
those the sec is charged with regulating
*DON'T*
