Jim, I think it's an issue of semantics

Here's what they said in the 10-K

Item 4. SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS.
During fourth quarter 2009, no matters were submitted to a vote of our shareholders.

Bill's PP proposal was submitted on Dec 30, 2009 (definitely before the end of Q4)....but the vote won't occur until the ASM in June. The wording in IDCC's 10-K was "no matters were submitted to a vote". The vote occurs in June. That was what I meant when I made that post. If I am wrong, then IDCC has definitely made an error in their 10-K and need to correct it.
