NukeJohn, You are correct that a vote if a proposal is accepted would take place at the ASM in June. Your incorrect about the statement being accurate as any proposal for the ASM in June 2010 must be submitted by 19/31/2009.

We know the proposal was submitted as Heartland sent it to me and I posted it.

IMO by the company denying there was any proposals I would say the poison pill will be dropped before the ASM/
