They sold billions of shares to new hedgefunds and used those proceeds to pay off the old hedgefunds. Since the new hedgefunds had/have no trouble unloading shares there is never any debt. We pay it off!

With the Obamma induced stemcell hype this stock was in the sweet spot in 2009 and the CEO took full advantage.

He's now flush with cash and is going on a spending spree. Got all new facilities, equipment, and personal and now he's looking for acquisitions to grow faster. Matt could become be a Bernie Ebbers (MCI communication giant from acquisitions) in the cordblood space.
