Sammy lawyers are the one who slipped out the no-violation Staff finding. I think they intentionally did that to get a more favorable negotiation rate. Regardless whether the lawyers for IDCC were on top of their games, they couldn’t prevent an incidence like that.

I would love for the IDCC lawyers to do the same if the finding would be favorable to IDCC in the Nokia case.
