Anyone who believes that Mr. Levi is wet behind the ears, is simply ignorant. Everyone needs to understand that if he found "no violation" for any other reason than validity or infringement of IDCC's patents, he is likely to come to the same conclusion in nokia. And, since we know sammy signed in spite of Mr Levi's opinion, I won't be worrying about it this time around. If IDCC's counsel is on their game, I suspect we'll never know what his opinion is this time.

Note to nokia: Why don't you avoid a potential public relations disaster and pay IDCC a fair rate? Let IDCC take you by the hand and walk you to the share of the US market that you so obviously want and need. This is a time to put aside egos and take advantage of a golden opportunity. People are obviously putting more and more thought into purchasing decisions. Do you think company's perceived integrity doesn't matter? I think it does. Come on and do the right thing already. If you're going to do it anyway, you may as well shock the world and ride a wave of good will. Seriously, who is advising you guys? Dick Cheney's PR people? You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Open your eyes to the possibilities!
