Based on what Mr. Levi does during the hearing, you can have a very good idea what his recommendation was. i.e. What questions he asked each witness.

So if IDCC's counsel is on its game--AND they are getting the right vibes from staff this time, MAYBE the company announces a conservative 5:4 stock split. Not giving away the ruling but expressing confidence and a reward for holding instead of always selling calls running up to the several earnings periods between now and an ALJ ruling/settlement with NOK. I doubt that would violate any disclosure laws. thoughts?
