You would have hoped the two people I spoke with at the court were deemed "VERY RELIABLE" as I stated.
Turns out the court screwed up... They screwed up the first time when they "accidently" "denied" Pioneers MSJ. I am sure some people bought on this good news, which sucks really bad!
Then the court "reversed" it’s "denied" ruling and did not communicate clearly to everyone that this was reversed as a result of a court error. Thus causing some to sell, which also sucks really bad!
So looks like we just have tons of accurate information coming from our 334th court. For the people still talking trash you are responsible for you own decisions and certainly should never rely on bulletin board postings to make any decisions. I simply relayed the information from the court and its your job to do your own research and take and scrutinize and/or validate everything you read.
You would hope you could rely on information from two different people at a court house. Now I get the impression the people at the court house might have no clue what is going on and just rely on what a computer screen tells them at that moment. Yea I may have gotten overexcited about the news from court only after noting some unusual RED in the morning and hearing the news from two different people at the court house. It is just sad to see so many people turn against a person who has put in days of DD and ton tons of hard work and always shared with this board over a court error…
You guys go straight to the blame game and try to blame me, market movers, the court, Pioneer, a huge conspiracy, etc... You should be ashamed of yourself for blaming others as you do. GL...
