Smoked country style rib spaghetti sauce

I just made this up...lol
I had so much left over meat that I filled up a crock pot with CS Ribs, onions, tomato paste[tiny can], sauce & stewed tomatoes your favorite spaghetti sauce spices..mine are:
Cumin - // Can never be too much, just cover the whole top.
Ground Coriander - Sweet spice goes well with cumin, just don't need as much.
Ground Spanish Paprika - I just cover the whole top the same as the cumin, probably four or five tablespoons worth at least.
A little garlic powder, not much.
Italian seasonings, this stuff has oregano in it and it will overpower the whole pot so I don't go crazy with it, maybe a tablespoon to a tablespoon and a half, no more.
Add some straight basil too, dried is fine, fresh is always best.
Olive Oil

I put it all in the crock pot for about 12 hrs by then the meat was just falling off the bone.
I then dumped it all in my big spaghetti pot and added some more sauce & stewed tomatoes and another liberal doze of spices [it depends on how you like it, spice it to taste] and some more onions..I usually put in at least one whole peeled and cut.
The sauce already has this DEEP smoky taste to it, I love it.
Probably going to add a few meatballs [It already has tons of meat in it] And of course a couple hours before it's ready to serve [Pick out all the bones] then throw in a pile [4or5] yellow baby squash sliced thin with a package of mushrooms. Make sure you wash and rinse the mushrooms real good, you know what they are grown in...lol

That's what I'm doing with some leftover smoked meat.
[I also have about six pounds stashed in the freezer...Cheers!]
