Hey Peppa! I just fired up my old sportmans smoker with the manual firepan with kingsford charcoal and mesquite wooddchips soaked in water. I just put in 20 pounds of country style ribs straight out of the package. I doctored up some sauce about a half gallon adding some spices and peppers some more tomato sauce and cooked it down all day yesterday.
I just love smoking, it fills the air with such sweet smells. Having a wonderful Sunday.
