UBSS is a HUGE seller of CBAY stock. If you watch level-II you can see he always on the best ask taking investor money. He moves off now and then but not for long. UBSS also bids near the best bid and when the market falls and their bid becomes the best bid, they pull their bid and bid lower, never actually buying any shares. They do this to make investors think he's a regular player both buying and selling. He creates false support.buy bidding what he'll never buy. He lifts his offer (the ask) from time to time to so investors feel he's not a big seller and can be moved. When Shakerzzz's crew was buying last Thursday, late in the afternoon, he kept posting best bids first, to try to get the market up, to push the buyers to the best offer, himself. Since everyone was buying (from him, lol) he had no fear of anyone selling to his bid. ETRD, SHSH and NITE are retail mm's (you and I) UBSS used to be retail, but no more.

UBSS has not been traditionally used as a diluter but I noticed them being used by other stocks to sell incessantly so I watched his activity on CBAY and sure enough while everyone is focused on VFIN it was UBSS that is the biggest seller.

The CEO is selling large blocks of stocks to individuals for cash to pay the companies mortgages no doubt. These individuals are quickly selling their stock. Thats why the pps of CBAY will never go up. PAWSON can issue shares at will and they quickly end up on the ASK. This has been going on for MONTHS. So how will this stock ever go up? Answer, it can't because the inside selling is RELENTLESS.
