How about Sardinia ?

Sardinia has a low rate of heart attacks due to several factors related to the diet and lifestyle of its inhabitants:
Diet
Higher consumption of whole grains, which lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
Lower intake of added sugars, reducing the risk of obesity and diabetes by preventing insulin spikes.
Higher vegetable consumption, providing more micronutrients and antioxidants that lower cancer risk, Alzheimer's, and cellular aging.
Moderate alcohol consumption, particularly red wine, which may reduce mortality, especially from heart disease. ( highlighted for my benefit )
Lifestyle
Moderate physical activity from the shepherd lifestyle. ( hopefully chasing deer off my property qualifies ), equivalent to low-to-medium intensity exercise spread throughout the day, reducing cardiovascular risk factors.
Calorie restriction and following the "80% rule" of eating until 80% full, preventing overeating and weight gain.
Adequate sleep of around 7 hours per night and daytime naps under 30 minutes, lowering heart disease risk.
Water Composition
Higher levels of calcium and magnesium in drinking water, which show a negative correlation with mortality from acute myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease.
The unique Sardinian diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, and moderate in calories and alcohol, combined with an active lifestyle and mineral-rich water, contributes to the low rates of heart attacks observed in this population.
