Agreed but with that said, I don't put a whole lot of faith in any AHA guidelines....... they get major contributions from big Ag and they are just as culpable for the current state of CVD in the world as anyone...... here's another irony....... if the Mediterranean diet is so good... and it is compared to the standard American junk diet.....somebody tell that to the Greeks who happen to be the Mediterranean smile
