Looks pretty good to me........ but..........
Higher consumption of whole grains, which lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. (Compared to what? Pizza? Twinkies? Is so, I'll accept that.)
Lower intake of added sugars, reducing the risk of obesity and diabetes by preventing insulin spikes. (Ta Da, this is the key right here, the root of all evil including Demensia and Alzheimers )
Higher vegetable consumption, (again, compared to what?) providing more micronutrients and antioxidants that lower cancer risk, Alzheimer's, and cellular aging. (macronutrients and antioxidants are great if they are bio-available) It's not a given with plants, they also don't want to be eaten so they have their own toxins.
Moderate alcohol consumption, particularly red wine, which may reduce mortality, especially from heart disease. (No alcohol is better but also less fun ) :-)
