There are index funds that track the Russell 2000 that own AVXL.



But you imply that the purchases of those funds is dictated.

That is false.

They pick and choose what stocks they buy in an attempt to outperform other index funds.

Your claims are bogus and betray a complete lack of understanding of what index funds are or how they operate.

Your claims are total baloney.
