Thank you for your reply Doc logic. I do agree that there is a significant unmet need to help patients with inoperable or unresectable solid tumor cancers. I do believe that DCVax Direct is tumor and tissue agnostic, and it will help a lot of solid tumor cancer patients.

I believe we will need additional clinical trials to confirm the exceptional efficacy of DCVax Direct. I am looking forward to multiple DCVax Direct basket trials for multiple inoperable solid tumor cancers, including: brain, colon, pancreatic, ovarian, head & neck, etc.

I hope that these multiple basket trials will also include poly-ICLC as an in vivo maturation and activation agent, and to help send the “danger signal” to the T cells.

I also hope these DCVax Direct basket trials will also include treatment arms or cohorts that combine DCVax Direct with checkpoint inhibitors, and CSF-1R inhibitors.
