BP BO which AMRN management and BOD for some unknown
reason seems unwilling to entertain.

In the JT era, I assumed it was because JT believed they could get a higher sales price and they'd win in court. The classic JZ error, different failure (approval vs court loss) same outcome. In the KM initial era, I assumed it was because KM wanted to secure some options, raise the stock price a bit after that and make out like a bandit. Now, I assume it's because every single one of these despicable people is untouchable. Who the hell wants to hire a board of destroyers? Who wants to hire a European specialist who hasn't done a single thing in Europe? Having shown their true colors, they want to milk their last opportunity for all that they can.

Why AMRN management would NOT want such an outcome for CVD patients is beyond me.

They don't care about the people, they care about the money. They're of the same ilk as J&J willingly selling cancer powder to babies, because it made them money.

Why won't AMRN simply welcome Denner & his ideas? What would be the harm?

As I said above, the harm is to them. They wont be able to reap a stupid amount of money for zero work any more. Note that I haven't seen a single board member be appointed to another board since JT, over a year ago. That supports my theory that they are a rotten commodity and once Amarin is done, they are done.
