One thing is clear they are going to fight this until the bitter end but for the life or me I dont understand how the whole board cannot see that they are going to lose? Are they honestly that arrogant that they think they would have enough votes to stop Denner. I know they are stupid and rotten to the core but can they honestly be that dumb? And lets say they did stop him nobody has any faith in them at that point the stock would proably lose another 50%.
