Seve333, Denner will have to fight to get 2 BOD seats. I doubt if AMRN will be
receptive to Denner and give in to his nominees. In my opinion the best outcome
for Denner is a BP BO which AMRN management and BOD for some unknown
reason seems unwilling to entertain. One should ask the question of what
direction would be best for CVD patients? My answer is ownership of AMRN
by a BP who could best market and distribute the drug. Why AMRN management
would NOT want such an outcome for CVD patients is beyond me. My hope is
that Denner will ally himself with Dr. Bhatt who is on BMY's BOD. So far, Denner
is getting the cold shoulder from both AMRN & Wall Street. Why won't AMRN
simply welcome Denner & his ideas? What would be the harm?
