Why??

There has to be a reasonable pathway back if so many are going to be booted.

There is no excuse for any of these companies to not have at least some kind of financial report to file. My company has more sales in a day than any of these jokes have had since their inception, and yet our financials are on the way to the accountant for audit, by 9:30 AM the first business day of each month.
