This is the key sentence:

The issue is that FINRA might say, according to Janice, that it is business as usual, with them basically making almost impossible to get back to quoted pink current. However, in reality there will be a LOT of companies now getting booted to grey/expert, so FINRA is going to have to streamline that process. There has to be a reasonable pathway back if so many are going to be booted.
