I'm not accusing Huff of being involved in a conspiracy of any kind. His intent by virtue of his other statements in the same pr were to default immediately following no money on that friday. He should have followed through on that statement, period. There's no excuse for not defaulting unless he had money in his hand which he didn't.

If I tell you that I'm gonna buy your car and to hold it for me until Friday and I don't buy it (for whatever reason) is that not a lie ? Further if someone else wanted it thursday and you told them that it was already sold and they no longer wanted to buy it from you after that friday would that not make it so that my LIE caused you to lose money ????

How can the pumpers support with almost cult-like qualities a man that told investors one thing and did another ?

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
