flipper44, In my experience when the company does a R/S, it then proceeds to sell shares at a higher price and that dilutes the number of shares outstanding and eventually hurts small investors like me. I have had companies R/S me till I had no shares left. They are still in business, but I am left out in the cold. Just saying, I am absolutely against a R/S. Must a company put it to a vote of shareholder? I don't think so. We just get screwed. Peace Reg 2015
