I’ve raised the same desire years ago, but a share buyback normally happens with a mature revenue earning company. That would be great, but in the meantime, if there is very very good news, a small ratio RS can work more favorably than you might think. You never should do one on meh news. The market pounds you. However, upon very good news, the market actually often responds very positively to a minor RS because it reduces outstanding shares, and it makes the buy in price more attractive, which in turn accelerates price more.
