I started taking Tumeric, Apple Cider Vinegar capsules, increased greens via juiced greens, B-Complex Vitamin (B3 is good), D3 (I also drink a lot of Milk), and increased water intake 10-fold.
Also, I did the same with sugar & caffeine. Stopped cold turkey. However, I very strongly believe that there is something natural already out there that will work for RA, but I just need to find it.
