Totally agree with nearly everything. Turmeric/Curcumin...good! Ginger, also. Kind of a root cousin to the other. I put pieces maybe @ 1/2" - 3/4" of the fresh roots, depending on diameter, into my juicer. Best juicer, not one that spins 14,000RPM, but a slow juicer....a few RPM. Squeeeeezes the juice out, doesn't heat it up, which can destroy enzymes. I got an SKG off of Amazon. Love it, and clean up is E=Z.
Actual, "mother apple" Apple Cider Vinegar might be absorbed better. I take D-3 capsules. A woman who beat her cancer by 100% natural means, mentioned how much lemon water she drank daily. Lemon...squeeze into the water...no sugar. A little getting used to. Like the ACV. Lemon, while being an acidic fruit, actually alkalizes the cells/body.....look it up. Medical types try and dispute it, like everything natural. How can something acidic, alkalize?? It does.
Water...the more the better. Milk....she took in no dairy.. When I told her I'd have a little cheese, she'd ask...Why?? So, very, very limited. But I'm treating cancer, so maybe different for you. Check into it....
Sugar, cold turkey, too. Caffeine...stopped coffee for almost a year....it's slightly acidic. Then, I gave in a little, to have morning coffee with my wife.
Find a chart online showing Acidic foods, and Alkaline foods. Try to stick with alkaline, over acidic. Could be a big part of the battle won right there.
