September 28 was a compliance deadline. After that date tickers wouldn't be quoted anymore.
June 30 is a "deadline" for non Sec reporting tickers. This was a "deadline"
set in place in anticipation of processing delays. It does not mean you only have till June 30.
Applications are still processed after that date.
