The Sept 28th deadline was what I was really wondering about. If it means they're dead forever with no possibility of ever filing and coming back, or is there any sort of possibility they can be "revived" in some sort of way even after that date by meeting the requirements. (sorry to be asking so many questions) . So many deadlines and stipulations ..
