I just have a question about that. So if they have already filed and they don't meet (either) of these deadlines, but they get processed after that, then trading resumes as normal? Also if some of them filed and don't meet the Sept deadline, does that mean they can't come back later and complete the process and be re-instated or whatever? The reason I'm asking is, because it seems some of them ( not this one persay because i don't know) waited VERY late to file. Could it be strategic?
