Then they should have worded such within the PR. The way they have things worded is that the 70,312,160,174 shares of common stock will be issued to consummate the deal between GGII and Hempacco.

Still, even if it was like what you are saying, just the thought that over 70+ billion shares would be coming in at some point in time is not good at all. I'm hoping they are smart enough to see this and go back to restructure the deal very soon.
