Is it possible that the 70+B shares they mentioned aren't actually going to be "issued" until as needed? i.e. for a purchase or to pay themselves? Is it possible that Sandro is just so unwise to market vocabulary that he totally botched the PR?

I mean I can't help but think that is a possibility because it does not make sense to me no matter how much crack I smoke that any CEO with a brain larger than a peanut would willingly come out and say "yeah we just increased the o/s by 15x" (as casually as saying the weather is nice outside) and not expect extreme repercussions.
