Sure, having the 70B waiting in the wings would be a little spooky, but if they were issued diligently and only as-needed, at least you know you're getting value whenever the dilution hits.

In says right in the PR that this step will help them raise capital as well as pursue other acquisitions. I agree they created a snafu in the wording and arrangement it would clearly seem to be a mistake of some sort as its a highly unusual move.
Let me ask you this Stervc,will the shares be counted into the OS once the restrictions are up or must they be sold first before they are counted into the OS.
