If Hikma/Reddy's attorneys/professional witnesses claimed during the trial that Kura findings were statistically significant - or more likely that they didn't even mention it - and Amarin's attorneys, having the uncropped document to refer to, not challenge the testimony, then would it even matter if the table was cropped afterwards? It would appear that they might have cropped it knowing that they skated by during the trial (since Amarin's people didn't mention it in cross examination). But, to be on the safe side, since they didn't want Du and her clerks to discover it during their reviewing the documents afterwards, they went ahead and cropped it. Again, if Amarin didn't challenge Hikma's testimony during the trial, does it really matter if they cropped it afterward?
