I assume that Kura was marked as an exhibit before trial even started. I doubt that the idea or notion of what the effect of a cropped table from Kura might be had entered anybody’s mind before or during trial. The first time I saw a cropped table from Kura was in the post-trial findings of fact presented to the judge.
